Can I add the entire form to my email and not a link to it?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you want to embed your form in an email? 

We do not recommend you to use your form's source code to embed it in email. Please be noted that most of the email clients are very limited in supporting HTML & Scripts and most likely embedding your form in email will not work/display correctly on user's email client.
