How do I prevent the blank jotform.com/submit.php page from displaying beneath the thank-you redirect?

I have embedded my form on my website. Upon submit, I set the thank-you URL to open a PDF. Works fine, but when the PDF window is closed, what remains is the blank jotform.com/submit.php page, which previously displayed the page on my website where the form is embedded. Is there a way to display a page other than the blank submit.php page?

Create a Thank You page on your site and have the PDF link on that page or make it automatically open the PDF file. That way when the use closes the PDF file, the Thank You page will be on the browser instead.
