I checked your account and found 2 forms but I'm not sure which you is giving you this problem so I checked both as I can see both forms list 2 (4) additional email addresses aside from your account email address. I didn't see any issues when I checked all the email addresses. The only issue I currently see so far is on your 2013/2014 form which has no sender email specified and that could cause this type of problem. Set it to email@example.com and see if that helps.
If you are still having this issue though then could you please tell us which email address you are not receiving your notifications to and which form if not both so we can check.
