How can I duplicate the header in a payment box? Also how do I insert a text box for more info within the payment area?

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature yet. Text box and headers are not available on the payment configuration section.

However, you can add text near the product field using Text Tools under Form Tools likewise with any field elements.

But if you want, you can always achieve that by modifying your form source code.
