Is there a way to allow the users to select more than one choice?

I want to create a poll in which users can select all that apply. Is there an option for that? Thanks!

I was checking your Quick Poll form and you already have a checkbox. In checkbox you can select all and submit.

Is that what you are referring to? Please clarify or provide examples if that's not what you are trying to do.

Hi, yes i figured out that I could use a checkbox, except now the fields look all crazy.

How do I get the checkboxes to align to the left? I can't find a custom CSS for that. Is there a place where all of the CSS values are located?
