Im using jotform for for a clients reservations. The only part of the form that shows up are the answers that have to be manually inputted. The drop down options you guys give on your form does not show up in the forwarded emai. Please help!
what do i need to do to change this?

If so, kindly proceed to that thread for the response to your concern. Essentially, you need to recreate the email notification altogether in order to bring back the HTML Mode email template.
