Due Date For Autofinish option in Approval Workflow

    IN my current flow set up.


    It seems like anytime I set the "Due Date for Autofinish, it will not immediately send me an email.


    I know I can set a reminder email, but it does not seem to send an email for approval immediately, when you set the due date for autofinish and select the default outcome.


    is this accurate?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    I received the Approval Email immediately with the 'Due Date for Autofinish' option set up as presented in your screenshot. I have recalculated your data and cleared your form cache from our server-side, just in case that was causing the issue.

    Additionally, I suggest you replace the 'Practitioner Email' form filed in your Approval Element with the email address of the practitioner because I can see that, that filed in your form has a default value.
