    Does Jotform check if a contact is already existing in Salesforce?

    Is it possible to create an account instead of a contact?

    2. If a contact/account already exist in Salesforce, does Jotform update the record or create a new one? We don't want to have duplicate records of the same contact on Salesforce.

    Your 1st question shall be answered here since we intend to answer one issue on one thread to avoid  confusions and help users in find answers quickly.

    I am sorry to inform you that re-submitting the form cannot update the existing record and creates a new one. It would appear as a new contact or account.
