Does Jotform check if a contact is already existing in Salesforce?

    Is it possible to create an account instead of a contact?

    2. If a contact/account already exist in Salesforce, does Jotform update the record or create a new one? We don't want to have duplicate records of the same contact on Salesforce.

    I am sorry to inform you that re-submitting the form cannot update the existing record and creates a new one. It would appear as a new contact or account.
