Our new website including JotForm forms has been up a little less than a week now and we are getting RAVE reviews! Visitors love the simplicity of the forms and the ability to easily obtain contact info. More than one visitor has noted that on form 42007115901138 the header on column one says "Print" instead of "Printer" and the header on column three says "Use" instead of "Used" Could you please make these two minor editing changes? I don't want any unnecessary distractions.
