hi! i already made payment on 21st july 2014! but i still received email 'payment declined' and i dont understand why this happen? and i dont understand why i received email 'premium monthly canceled' please advice!

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
The cancellation email you have received is for the earlier subscription #INT140521-8152-84906S for which the payment was declined.
It seems on July 21, 2014 you upgraded your account again which is in good shape and your account is already in upgraded status.

This is not correct, the latest payment was not successful.Therefore, your account has been set back to free. Please re-upgrade using a valid method. Make sure you have made a fresh session in JotForm
