It is possible to add tax amount in your payment form. I am not sure how you want to deduct the tax amount. Do you want to deduct it based on the location of users?

You can add the tax amount to your products and you can also enable location based tax surcharges as well. Please check the screenshot below on how to add tax component in your payment form:
