Form just keeps loading when opening it in Form Template Gallery

    your form templates page doesn't load. Tried on two different computers, mac and pc with different browsers. Same problem as the form, just keeps loading then times out. All other sites are fine so it's not my connection.

    Hi,

    Do you mean this page: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/, right? And when you click on the form, it just keeps loading. For example:

    The screenshot is just an illustration. I checked it here and it's working fine, using PC. What specific browser in PC? Try it using Google Chrome or Firefox, but make sure to clear your cache first:
