Can I change the url of a form?

Hi. I'd like to know if I can change the url address of a form.  I'd like to get rid of some of the numbers and make the url a little more user-friendly and identifiable with my department. 

Example: 

Current url -

http://form.jotform.us/form/31976274560158

Preferred url -

http://form.jotform.us/form/tutor_request (or something similar)

Seems like a stretch but I thought I'd ask!

Yes, you can customize the URL, here is our guide on how to do so:

There are very few requests for functionality that we have not been able to meet.  Even if we don't offer something currently, it never hurts to ask, if it's a good idea our team loves to add new toys.
