Thank you for your patience, Ravindra. It is possible to allow the form users to submit their answers in bold text, hyperlinks and other options using the Long Text field and setting the Editor Mode to Rich Text editor by following the steps and screenshots below:
- Select the Long Text field, click on the Gear icon to open the Properties.
- From the right side of the screen, select the Options tab.
- Switch the Editor mode to Rich text by selecting the option.
The screencast below shows how the form users will be able to answer in a bullet list after applying the steps above:

Thank you for this Afzal but my case was to display the text with rich text editor on the form (not to collect it from end users)
I was using a "Long Text" filed and displaying text using advanced-->default value under "Long Text Properties" where I can not format the text but just have to put it as plain text
Can we format the text (bold, headings, number etc) in the "default value" box? or it could be a needed improvement you can consider to develop

Hello Ravindra,
What you are trying to achieve can be done by using the Paragraph element. Our Paragraph element will allow you to display text in rich text format. Here is an example:
