Emails Not Being Forwarded To My Email Address

    It seems that this is a typical problem.

     

    I tested a form on my WordPress blog. It appeared in my Submissions but I never received the email to my email client. My email address, chg@mobilemarketcreator.com is working fine. Can you explain how to fix this issue. Getting the email forwarded is kind of important.

    Hi Cary,

    May we ask if you've checked your mail box's spam/junk folder? I have checked our mail server logs and found that it was successfully sent to your email address as shown below:

    Aug 30 01:03:18 yang sm-mta[15260]: p7U53H8o015254:to=<chg@mobilemarketcreator.com>, delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=126938, relay=mobilemarketcreator.com. [174.132.78.244], dsn=2.0.0,stat=Sent (OK id=1QyGTl-00016F-Dx)

    I have also tested your form and was able to receive the email notification success fully using a Hotmail email account:

    I just received all messages. It took quite a long time and not sure if my original message appeared or if it was yours.

    Anyway, just another quick question. I see that I am allowed, as a Free member, 100 submissions. What happens if that number is surpassed? Is that 100 per month?

    Thanks for the update Cary, glad the first issue is sorted out now.

    As for the submission allowance, it is 100 submissions and 100MB file upload size per month per account for a Free subscription. If you reach beyond 100, your customers will no longer be able to submit their entried and you will not receive their submissions as well. You either have to wait for the following month or upgrade to a paid subscription.
