problem with Condition "Skip to a page or end of the form"

i'm trying to set up a condition using "Skip to a page or end of the form" --

i enter the if - then options. then when i try to enter the "Then after user clicks next button skip to" selection, it won't let me select anything.

how can i get something to select from??

You need to split the form into page breaks as shown in this guide for that condition to work. 

Try adding in a page break and create the conditional logic rule one again.
