The payment part works great, but all the other info which is entered does not get sent to me. Can we fix this?

Have you enabled IPN(Instant Payment Notification) in your Paypal account? This message contains all the data regarding the payment transaction completed by a form user. Please check this guide: How to Enable IPN for Paypal
Are you having issues receiving your email notification? If that is the case, please check your spam folder, also you may white-list our domain names:
