I need help with a registration form.

The form will have a question.  If they answer Yes it should take them to another form before they can complete their registration.  If they say No they will stay on the original form and complete the registration.  How do I do that?

The standard behaviour of the form is to redirect the page after clicking on Submit. However, I have tried to find a workaround for you. Please see the demo if it works for you. 

This is achieved by using Condition wizard by changing the Custom Thank you page URL.
