Why is my form loading so slow?

My form GZ-quote, is loading slow. It isn't my internet speed or my computer - it is happening to customers, and people in the office as well, regardless of windows versions and browser or internet speeds.

I have blazing fast speed and it still hesitates before completely loading, those with slower speeds think the page is broke because the form doesn't load immediately when the page comes up.

We're sorry to hear that. It seems like there is a conflict to the page between the current form embed codes and to your website scripts, especially the jQuery libraries. I would advise to re-embed your form using our iFrame method to fix this conflict and the issue of the speed of that form. Also, make sure to re-embed the form while logged in to our domain www.jotform.us, our preferred domain for US clients.
