I want a refund please. I downgraded way in advanced.

    Please issue a refund to me via PayPal. I downgraded to the free version weeks ago. I should not have been charged. The PayPal address is puddles0513!989@Gmail.com. I was charged 9.95$ yesterday.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    According to our record, your account is still on the premium plan and there were no downgrade attempts made.

    Since you were paying using Paypal, here's how to cancel your subscription within your Paypal account.

    1. Log in to your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you have made to Jotform

    3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction S-9MC108722L479654V

    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. 

    After cancelling your subscription, you will not be charged again. The full refund will reflect back on your bank account within 5 to 10 days.
