My log in attemps are blocked /not working.

    I signed up for a free account yesterday, and have been unable to log back in. I want to see if our comapany will be able to use your platform to meet our needs, but keep got locked out several times. Can someone assist?

    We appreciate your patience.

    Jotform uses an automated anti-phishing filter which scans all forms. It seems our anti-phishing filter marked one of your email as spam which triggered your account suspension.

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again. Your form is back online and should work as expected. 

    Please try signing back in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you need further assistance.
