Enable Document Rights in the PDF file created by JotForm

Asked by volvoracer122 on August 31, 2011 at 11:34 AM

    Hello helpful folks!

We are using JotForm to complete a design request for our business.  The salesfolk fill out the request, hit submit and it dumps a pdf into a dropbox account for our designers to access.

Is there a way to enable document rights on the pdf that it puts in the folder so we can makes sticky notes and highlight text.  if not, is it possible to have it send a word or excel document instead into the dropbox folder?

    Thanks Folks!

    Hi Cameron,

Sorry but the answer to both of your questions is no. Enabling document rights in PDF sounds useful though, so I am adding it to our user requests list. It will be subject to approval from our developers, and as such, we cannot guarantee whether it will be implemented or not.

We will let you know if there's any update regarding this request. Thanks!
