Form keep receiving double Submissions

    My forms keep receiving double submissions per one person? What can I do about this situation.

    Is this the form  you were referring to?

    I checked the submission data of this form, and so far on the current submission I noted just one submission that was duplicated. This is unless you have already deleted previous existing submission that were duplicated.

    If you keep on receiving multiple duplicated submission, may I inquire if you had the form embedded on a website? 

    Can you tell us the URL of your website so we can also check the form there.

    I am thinking perhaps the duplicate submissions is being caused by spam. But this is only possible if the form is embedded on a website, because if you are using the form directly from Jotform, the spam submissions will not happen.

    Here are some preventive measure you can try to prevent spam submissions if it is indeed happening on your website form.

    1. Make sure there is at least one *Required or mandatory field on your form. This will make sure that the form submission cannot be easily triggered even without performing any human interaction on the form.


    2. Add a Captcha field on the form to make sure there is human intervention, and not just spam bots that is causing the re-submissions of the form.
