Why is the most recent version of a form not saved?

    I made changes to a form and was able to view the form successfully in preview.  I saved as I was creating the form.  The form was saved, but what was retained is not the latest version.

    I see a few changes made to your form one hour ago along with adding an integration.

    Could you provide us with additional information like to which fields that you have made the changes and not reflecting? Also, please let us know if the changes are listed here in the history. This would help us in investigating the issue further and provide you with an accurate solution.

    Your response helped me to locate the history, and that is very helpful.  Thank you.

    On the page that you are referencing (2 hours ago/18 updates), I see 500 Internal Server Error and below that nginx/1.2.3

    It seems to be a Browser issue.  I reverted and redid the integration, and it appears to be working now.  Thank you.
