We are receiving duplicate submissions

    we are receiving those however it appears we are receiving multiple copies of the same submission. Our jotform record shows these multiple submissions.

    Hi,

    This is probably related to when they submit the form, it's not redirecting to your form's thank you message page. The submit button got stuck at "please wait... they then click the "Submit" button for a few times.

    As suggested, please re-embed your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. This should fix the issue.
