Submission Limiter for single forms- How long will we have to wait for this feature?

Asked by Cajonworkshops on August 31, 2011 at 03:41 PM

    Hallo JotForm Support,

me and a lot of other satisfied JotForm users asked already several times in the last couple of months for this very important feature to be implemented. Are there any news about it ?

This feature is a must have ! It's one of the last steps to make JotForm forms fully automated and would be a great help to a lot of teachers and Lecturers world wide who give classes and workshops. But those teachers can only take a limited number of people in each of there classes. You understand the need of such a feature? To manually check each workshop form every day is not an option in the long run...

    what's the verdict?

Greetings from Germany & keep up the good work...

    Hallo Michael,

Frankly, we do not have an update at this time. Thank you for following up though. I shall help you send a follow up to our development team about the status of this feature request. We apologize for the long wait.

Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your continued support to JotForm!

    Hallo Jotform Support,

Asking now for the fourth time again for an Update...

me and a lot of other satisfied JotForm users asked already several times in the last couple of months for this very important feature to be implemented. Are there any news about it ?

I give you an example. Until now we allways have to manually check, if the maximum number of submissions for a certain course or workshop we do is reached. If yes we have to manually disable the form.

Now what happens, if we do not have access to the internet (holiday, sick in hospital or on a tour) for instance?

This missing feature puts a lot of pressure on us customers, cause we always have to make shure, to have somehow access to the net to manually check. Actually I really cannot understand why such a great product is missing such a fundamental feature.

Please, can you make again an official request for this very important missing part of JotForm features.

    It slowy makes me nervous...

    Greetings from Germany

    Michael

Feature has been implemented so this is possible anymore. You can customise it on Preferences->Advanced Settings.

If form reaches full capacity, the form is disabled automaticly.
