    GoogleSheet is not getting form data

    My form used to update a GoogleSheet with no issue. It suddenly stopped and I thought it was because I was using the free account and I had gone over 100 submissions. I'm now on a paid plan. I thought it was b/c the sheet had run out of rows so I added 100 rows. I thought the integration had stopped so I disassociated the form and added a new one. 

    After trying all of these steeps it is still not populating the sheet. What else can I try?

    Hi,

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    It is possible that we have issue on the integration on our end at this time because multiple users seems to be reporting the same problem at the moment.

    I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher teams support so that this can be checked thoroughly.

    Great thank you. Let me know if there are other tests you want me to try. I know there are many changes going on with Google (docs.google.com -> drive.google.com, guid's are looking different etc) so please keep us apprised. My sheet has over 30 named ranges that I utilize to update other sheets so disconnecting and reconnecting the sheets is a pain, but will support what you need to get this resolved.

    I actually could not reproduced similar issue when I test using a cloned of your form.

    if you test submit my form version, you should see the spreadsheet gets updated.

    Hi,

    It is also possible that the issue was on Google side, and could have fixed by itself at this time.

    Can you please retry the integration process and check your Google spreadsheet.

    Hello,

    This is working now. It looks like it was a system or network glitch, which resolved itself. It may have been our server, the network, or Google's server. We see no further warnings in our log files and all our tests are working.

    Excellent news! Apparently today was a "slow" day on the internet. There were global systematic issues: http://www.zdnet.com/internet-hiccups-today-youre-not-alone-heres-why-7000032566/

    We're cautiously optimistic it's related, and will be sorted out within a week or two, per the article.

    Uh oh. I think this problem has reoccurred. I've submitted 3-4 forms this morning and one got through, but then it seems to have stopped.

    The Google Spreadsheet integration appears to be fine on my side, the new form entries are being received without any issues.

    Can you try to redo the Google Spreadsheet integration on your form? You will get a fresh spreadsheet with all the past data.

    I've tested a few times today and it seems to be working. Thank you!

    I'm not sure if you can help me with this, but now the Google Sheet no longer fires a trigger when JotForm sends new data. It used to be that when JotForm passed a row into the Google Sheet, a trigger fired that called a function. Since I reintegrated the sheet, the trigger does not fire when Jotform passes data to it. It will run manually when I update the sheet, but not when JotForm passes it data.

     

    Any ideas?
