I have a form that was working earlier today but is now revealing a blank screen on the submit. 3 users let me know and I experienced the same thing.
Is the site down when connecting to payment services? Going to Paypal in this case. Form link provided below.

This started working again.... would sure like to know more about the outage.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and it seems to currently work as expected. It does redirect to the PayPal page. Please check the screenshot below:
I am not sure what caused this issue. Let me forward this thread to our back end team for further investigations. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

We have pushed an update to PayPal forms today -- if you noticed, the 'Please wait while redirecting' message is now gone. This change was made to improve the security of your form's PayPal transactions.
The problem occurred when only the backend changes were propagated due to unexpected hiccups that plagued the internet today. We are always careful when pushing updates, however we did not expect there to be a hiccup this time.
The issue resolved on its own as soon as the frontend changes were also propagated.
