How to disable Approval Workflow without deleting it?

Hello is there a feature to Inactivate an approval flow without deleting it?

We are in the midst of a lot of personnel changes. I just made an approval flow with an email but this person will not longer work here, and I don´t want to delete it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, Deactivating your approval workflow on your form is easy to do. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder and in the orange navigation bar click on Settings.
• Click on Approval Flows and hover your mouse over the Approval flow.
• Click on the Gear Icon and then click on the Pause icon to disable it.

That's it. Once it is disabled the approval flow should no longer be working. To reactivate the approval flow you just need to do the same steps but instead of clicking on the Pause icon, you will click the Play icon instead.
