After submitting our order, it proceed to the submit.jotformpro.com..site, but nothing appear.
there is no prompt for payment. It had been working perfectly last week

Sorry about that.
I believe this is in relation to a payment form - which directs to a checkout - like Paypal, after submission.
Are you getting a blank screen after you submit the form?
Please share the link to your website where the form is embedded so that we can test it and identify the problem.
