    Hello!

I'm trying to make a JotForm but I have a problem, I want it to look like,
if you're selecting on Pull-down menu, and there are 3 alternatives.
I pick the second alternative, and then it pops up some more like questions or more information I need to type to get it done. Then if you would choose the first alternative, it would give me some other questions and more information.

    For an example:

    Alternative 1
    Name?
    E-mail?

    Alternative 2
Will you recommend this site to someone else?
For how long have you using jotform site?

    Alternative 3
What do you like most Chocolate or Banana?
What is slowest, Squirtle or Snail?

Like if I would choose a option like Alternative 1, there would come up some information about that alternative. Same if I would choose another alternative, it would come information about that alternative, if you understand.
Hope you guys who helps me understand what I need help with, I don't know if that exists in JotForm, but I want to know if it does or not.

Jotform builder doesn't have the pop up effect that when certain option is selected a pop up will appear how about making form using a form collapse and conditional rule?

    Please check this sample image:
