Urgent! Up until yesterday our form was working correctly. Yesterday we could not! Losing registrations hourly!

Today we cannot even get onto our form.  We cannot edit it.  We can't try to fix it.  People are trying to register and cannot.  We are losing entries by the hour.  www.amazingraise.com

On regards to your inability to edit forms. Can you please log out, clear your browser's cache and login back again?

To test the form, just fill it out and submit it. It should submit with no issue at all.
