How can I change the format of the PDF format when our form is filled out and submitted?

    Hi,

    If you are trying to make the PDF include all the information contained in your form such as text and headers:

    Under your submissions admin Panel ( Go to 'My forms', Select Form , Click 'Submissions'), you can activate this option as shown below.
