Forms were titled:
I set up an account, but they may have been stored on my local data on my old computer. Some reason I don't see any forms on my account when using my new computer.

Could you confirm if this happens only on new computer? Please clear the browser's cache and try accessing the JotForm website. If you still not able to view any forms, please try accessing the Jotform website using the following link.
If the issue is still persists, please get back us immediately so that we'll look into this issue further.

I logged into your account and see both those forms:
If you still don't see them, can you confirm the account you're logging in with? I checked with user axewellness. JotForm does let you create forms without registering for an account, so it's possible you simply weren't logged in.
