    Hi,

    That's definitely possible with Jotform.

First, create all the fields and divide your form into multiple pages using Page Break Tool under Survey Tools.

Skip to a page depending on the first field answer Image 1 Screenshot 30

And then, create a Skip To Page Condition that will show the appropriate page depending on the user's answer from the first page.

    Example:

Skip to a page depending on the first field answer Image 2 Screenshot 41

I have created you an example form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42246208997969?

You can clone this form if you want to check its fields and conditions.

If you need further assistance, let us know here.

    Regards!

I think it's a field that is not updated to the conditional logic. I'm not sure since your form is already working with the desired skip-to-a-page logic.

    Thank you!
