how to link an existing folder in the google drive to save the document in that particular folder, instead of Jotform creating a separate folder for each submissions>>

Hello Shibin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the existing folder from your Google Drive account if you set the folder name the same as the one in the Drive. Take a look at the sample screencast below:
Please note that you will have to rename the folder on your google drive first before completing the integration.
