Can the answers of my questions populate a result?

i would like for a result to pop up after submitting the form or once ansered all question, for example, if they answered more than 4 yes's it shows that they are high risk

Unfortunately, I don't think we have a direct feature that would allow you to accomplish this one. Since you want to display the result after submitting the form, the closest possible workaround would be to create a quiz to your form.

1. Build your form with Quiz App supported fields like Radio Button

2. After saving your form, access our Quiz App page and configure your form: http://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form

You can add some legends in your form based on the score percentage that would let them know that the result is at high risk or medium or low.
