Email notifications

i have a form with 14 fields but im only receiving 7 in the email

I checked the forms associated with your account and was unable to find one similar to the one you described.  I checked the last form you worked on though, and it appears to be associated with a guest account, but looks the same as your description:

If these is the one you were referring to, please let us know so we can move it to your registered account.  After that we can test it properly.
