In the past I have successfully set up my directory to look like this
However, I cant seem to do this now? I can create a folder but it puts it in the route of dropbox when I want it to go in a seperate folder...

I understand that you want to store the forms in a subfolder to be customized from its integration. Please see the screenshot below and let us know if you are looking for the same.
You may select User-defined option from the dropdown and choose the folder that you want to store. If you are looking for more/other information, please get back to us. We are happy to assist you.

Thank you for your kind reply.
Please see the file structure that I used to have and would like again.

I am looking into testing this more right now to double-check it and I respond back with you shortly.

After thoroughly inspecting this some more I am under the impression that the second and third folders are merged even though the third one should be extended unless not chosen and set to something otherwise.
I don't think this is how that is supposed to work, sorry about that. I've sent this over to our development team to have them take another look at it just to be sure.
An example of this is you want -
JotForm >>> FormName >>> UsersName
However, during my testing with the current defined setup it seems to ignore full user-defined folders and merge the second and third one into a hyphenated list together such as -
JotForm >>> FormName - UsersName
Even with the Extended " FOLDER " option chosen that still happens. The third folder doesn't exist and the third folder should be the Folder with the " UsersName " and submission plus files in it.
