I got an emails few days ago that my account has been disabled, later i tried login in to my account but i couldn't, my question is that won't i be able to login to my account until i upgrade?

You should be able to login but you will not be able to view your form submissions until your upgrade your account. If you're having issues with logging in to your account, please try it on this page. http://www.jotform.com/login.
If you'd like to upgrade, please proceed to our pricing page http://www.jotform.com/pricing/. However, if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will happen every first day of the following month.
