    Good day,

    I trust this finds you well. We have been using Jotform for over 5 years now. For the first time we have an issue with one of our clients (thecakelady), she has not been receiving submissions. Can you kindly step in, and assist in resolving this issue.

    It appears as though the submissions are going through.  Is it the emails notifications that are not going through?  If that is the case, I checked the form embedded to the page you referenced and it looks like the "Sender E-mail" field on the notification has been left blank:

    I went ahead and changed this to the default of "" and your user should now receive the notifications upon submission.  Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
