problem with conditions wizard "field" "contains"?

When I'm using the conditions wizard to redirect to a webpage using rules for a drop down menu and user input value. But when i select user input for "field" "contains"  multiple inputs separated by commas it does not work e.g. if i put 1,2,3… in the form i have to type exactly 1,2,3 to get to the said webpage.

Please help!

The characters that you are entering should exist in the drop down menu. In this case, I see no comma as part of the characters in the dropdown menu. In other words, any character that you establish in the conditional wizard, should be present in the field.
