How do we contact Jotform if we do not receive the password reset email?

    We tried to reset password, however it seems like we do not receive the password reset email? What do we do in that case?

    Hi,

    The only account I can find associated with your email address is a guest account with no forms.  Is it possible you used a different email address to sign up for your account?  Please let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can find.
