How do we contact Jotform if we do not receive the password reset email?

    We tried to recover the account of However, we do not receive the reset email and don't know why. What do we do? We need to get the form back to work due to request. This is urgent.

    I found your email account in the bounce list due to this reason

    Result: is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No such user - psmtp' is NOT in the unsubscribe list


    this is the reason you could NOT receive the email reset instruction.

    I have now corrected this and removed the email on the block list.

    You can now reset the password via the email.

    What you did is correct -- by posting your question/inquiry in the Jotform Support Forum.
