Reset password of the accout and add other users in approval flow

    I need at least two different individuals for the approval workflow and I can only see my name available.

    Thanks for using Jotform. Can you explain a bit more about your feedback so I can get a better idea of what's happening? It seems that the title you added to this thread and the content are different issues. Please bear with me as I try to provide information about both issues.

    You can reset your password by following the steps and screenshots below:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.

    4. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

    Are you trying to add two different approvers to your form? Please provide more information on the flow of your form. Once we receive your response, we'll be able to help you with this.
