How do you change color of the title bar?

How do you remove the orange color and change it to something different where the title bar is?

I have checked your form, I didn't see an orange title bar. For custom designs it is good to use inject CSS option, you may help you to solve your problem. If you could provide a screenshot that would be easier for us to give you a better solution.
