Preview not working

    Greetings!

I opened an account with a personal email address and developed a form for work. I also connected JotForms to Google Drive as a app.  Then I found that I can not change the form owner like I can other files in Drive.  So I shared it as a JotForm template, downloaded it into the work account, unshared the template, and that resolved the ownership problem.

Now when I edit the form at work and try to open a preview, I get an error message telling me that the form is disabled, even though it shows as Enabled in the dashboard.

Also, is your $9.95 rate per month or per year?

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

It appears our automatic phishing detector was a bit overzealous and suspended your account.  When forms collect personal data they occasionally set this off.  I manually checked your forms and they appear to be well within our terms of use.  With new accounts our system is especially harsh but you should not have any further problems.  I am very sorry this occurred and have reactivated your account and forms.  You should be able to use both normally once again.

As for the subscription cost, it is $9.95 per month for premium.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or any more problems with your account and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
