I had a form setup to send a notification email based on a field in the form, it now says email is deleted?

    Attached is a screen shot showing both screens.  The one on the left shows how it says all the emails have been deleted.  The one on the right shows one particular condition.  Where I usually select to send a "notification" email, all it gives as an option is "Please Select".


    Why did this happen? 

    What do I do to fix it?

    How do I prevent this in the future?

    I am intending to use your product to create numerous forms for our School Corporations to submit information on. I need to know this is reliable before I roll this out in a big fashion.

    You might have deleted your form notification that's why there's no available notification when you pick on the dropdown list.

    Whatever notifications you may have,


    Will be accessible on the Send Email condition dropdown list.
