Autoresponder sends email only to to default email address, but not to the person completing the form

    I have not found a way to make Autoresponder send a response to the person completing the form. The response always goes only to the default email address.

    I checked the autoresponder setup in your form and it appears to be correct with the exception of the "Reply-to Email" should be set to your own:

    Keep in mind that the test emails will always go to the default email address associated with your account.  To test the autoresponder you would have to send a test submission.  Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
