I normally have clients fill out my custom form and then save it as a PDF. I've been doing it this way for couple years now but just recently have been receiving error messages with the printer dialog options.

I just downloaded the form submissions as PDF without a problem:
Please try again, maybe this is related to some browser cache issues, you may clear your browses cache, or try downloading from a different browser (we recommend using Google Chrome) to see if the issue happens in a specific browser.
I have also cleared your form cache, let us know what happens, we will be glad to assist you.
